Like almost everything I've ever done, all these things and anything worth achieving required me to seek out and find another person who could help me achieve it. Lucky for me, I found Brooke Smith. At 42, I'd never employed a personal trainer, much less have a clue about the results a person could achieve with one, that is, an excellent one! Don't get me wrong, I had to be determined, diligent and honest with myself to achieve all I did, but without Brooke, my body could never have been transformed into one I'd never had before.
Brooke sculpted my body over the course of about six months into one I was proud to wear a string bikini and skinny jeans every chance I got! She was there daily with strict accountability for my eating habits, her constantly changing and challenging workouts, custom cardio workouts on my off days from the gym, and her infectious positivism and encouragement. Brooke motivates by example by being entirely committed to her own fitness. Don't fool yourself though, YOU have to be dedicated, diligent, and hard-working, and I MEAN hard-working because Brooke's workouts are not for anyone who won't push themselves, and her time is important, so you must be committed to your workout times.
If you are willing to give all you can to become the best you can be, then you will be rewarded with an awesome body, and who doesn't want that? You'll get two dollars for every one dollar you spend on Brooke as your trainer. Simply put, you won't find a better trainer."

"For years after my children were born I have struggled with my weight. From Yo-Yo diets, fad diets, bouts with depression, and overall not caring.
I interviewed for a job and the following year my work had a weight loss promotion and who ever lost the most weight would win the buy in money. I didn't have anything to lose but weight so I decided to try it. So I started a gym membership where Brooke had advertised her classes and was really interested in trying.
I was not motivated by myself to push harder in my workouts. I was intimidated by the idea of something like it at first because I had never tried something like it but I gave it a shot. Before I knew it I was hooked! She motivated me to keep trying even though I was not very good at first with the program but I kept going. I loved the feeling I got after what I accomplished each day.
Little by little I started to see results and was getting better at the workouts! I have been with Brooke ever since then and absolutely love what and how she motivates me, because without the push I wouldn't do it on my own."

"I began my journey with Body by Brooke, when a good friend of mine told me she was working out with a trainer. I will be honest and say I was always the person to be skeptical and think a personal trainer was probably a waste of money and not for me. But I decided to try it and I have NEVER regretted it.
I started around Thanksgiving with the Interval training class, 45 minutes of workout, on Monday and Wednesday. The first week I literally thought, what I have gotten myself into. I'm 51 years old and not able to do this, but you know what, I did it. In January I began to eat healthy and exercise. All this time, Brooke always encouraged me and kept me going, even when I thought I couldn't keep going. But I noticed that my body was changing and I began to feel so much better and stronger.

When I started exercising, it really made me realize how terribly out of shape I really was. I had been a caretaker for my parents for about 5 years and never realized I wasn't taking care of myself. After doing the class for awhile, I began the personal training with Brooke, one on one. Again, this is something I never saw myself doing, but with Brooke you realize you can do things that you never dreamed you could do. She is a motivator, a positive inspiration, and your best cheerleader. So I began 2 days of personal training, along with the other class, that's 4 days of hardcore exercising for someone that never thought they could get through the first week. I began to realize that this exercise and the time I had sit aside for myself has been the best thing I have ever done."
Along with feeling so much better, making new friends, and having a since of accomplishment , sleeping better and a brand new body, this now 52 year old, is a brand new lady. I was never the type of person to take compliments well, but Brooke will brag on you and push you in a way that makes you want to do it and never give up. So I'm now the person that brags about going to Brooke and having a personal trainer. My life has been forever changed in the best way ever. Accountability, hard work, determination, a healthy diet, and exercise regularly is the new me. Thanks to my friend for introducing me to Brooke and to Brooke for all her knowledge and never once not believing in me.!!!! 8 months, 33.5 pounds gone, and a whole new me, physically and mentally. I am one proud 52 year old!!!!!"

"I started training with Brooke several weeks after starting my weight loss journey. I had a gym membership for years but didn't see any progress. I was unmotivated, didn't know my way around a gym, intimated, and frankly at the end of my rope. At the beginning, my intention was to give personal training 3 months. I just wanted learn the basics and get some tips on what I needed to do. Little did I know that Brooke would totally change my perspective about fitness.
She taught me technique and form. She gave 100 percent during my sessions, was always prepared with challenging workouts, and freely gave encouragement and support. 3 months came and went. I was hooked. I continued training for several more months, growing stronger and doing things I could have never imagined doing.
I gained confidence and could finally see the results from my hard work. I currently take a weekly kickboxing class, which has been incredible. It's a small, private class that gets your blood pumping. Brooke has many options to choose from and the personal atmosphere is the best. I highly recommend her if you are ready to get in shape. She definitely has something for everyone and every budget."
